Does Self-Efficacy Affect Intention to Use of E-Wallet in Generations Y and Z ?

Abstract
E-wallet is a technology-based financial product that focuses on storing money in one particular application provided by e-wallet service providers. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the effect of self-efficacy on attitude and intention to use e-wallet in generations Y and Z. This research was conducted in three cities in Samarinda, Balikpapan and Bontang with 120 respondents who are generation Y and Z and active users of e-wallet. The data was collected by distributing quesionnaire with likert scale. The data are processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on attitude e-wallet users. It also shows that self-efficacy positive and significanlty effects intention to use e-wallet of Gen Y and Z. The results also show that attitude had a positif and significant effect on intention to use. Gen Y and Z are very concerned about their desire to be people who are not outdated so they want to always rely on technology in every activity
