Abstract
Development of teachers is paramount to providing outstanding education and role modeling for students. With a large number of educators, an efficient method of acquiring teaching skills is important for teachers. Knowing the skill progression and learning experiences identified by educators lead to more efficient, effective faculty development. The development of methods and skills of study and school learning, as one of the general objectives of educational tutoring, aims to achieve school success through mastery of resources and learning techniques ,This requires effective strategic tools, In this context, the literature proved that strategic intelligence is one of the tools that contribute to the development of skills and future capabilities.
Accordingly, this study aims to identify the effect of strategic intelligence on the acquisition of teaching skills. The study concluded that there is an increasing importance of the adoption of strategic intelligence in order to acquire effective teaching skills. The way in which students use skills and face the daily activity of learning and study to achieve good results is closely linked to the teaching methodology and the evaluation system used.
