Abstract

This study used an alkaline solution prepared by dissolving baking soda in water to suppress the breeding of insect pests and effectively reduce the outdoor breeding of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in drains since 2016. The recorded data were analyzed in a statistical manner, and the significant benefits were set in the modified Breteau Index L≤ 2.
