Purpose: This study uses the database management system to explore supportive care and anti-cancer treatment of metastatic lung adenocarcinoma patients.
Method: Utilizes the cancer registry database of a certain medical center in southern Taiwan from 2011 to 2017. The objects of study are 852 patients divided into two groups, namely, supportive care and anti-cancer treatment. The chi-square test and Cox regression analysis were carried out with IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 data tool.
Result: Found significant differences in choosing supportive care and anti-cancer treatment pursuant to gender, age, smoking behavior and performance status (ECOG). Using Cox regression multivariate analysis, it is found that the lethal risk of the female gender is 0.812 fold that of the male gender, an indication of comparatively lower risk. Using performance status (ECOG) groups for analysis, it is found that the lethal risk of the 3-4 group is 2.454 fold that of the 0-2 group. The risk of pleural effusion is 1.317 higher than the no pleural effusion. The lethal risk of anti-cancer treatment is 0.259 fold that of supportive care, an indication of comparatively lower risk.
Conclusion: Survival rate of metastatic lung adenocarcinoma patients using anti-cancer treatment is higher than those using only supportive care. Such results may be used as reference for planning treatment for patients by the anti-cancer treatment team.

This study was executed with a view to finding out how appropriately loaded is the Minimum Standards curriculum for Colleges of Education in Nigeria. Four research questions were posited to guide the study. The data for the study were collected using two questionnaires named “NCE Course Load Assessment Rating Scale (NCE CLARS) and Lecturers’ Workload Assessment Questionnaire (LWLAQ)” administered to students and lecturers respectively. These questionnaires were constructed by the researchers and validated by experts in measurement and evaluation and curriculum studies respectively.   The area of the study was the south- south geo-political zone of Nigeria. Five colleges of education was randomly selected (one from each state) out of a population of 11 federal and state colleges of education located in five out of the six states in the zone. Five hundred students and 250 lecturers were randomly drawn from the five colleges for the study.  The data so collected were analysed using descriptive statistics. The result of the analysis revealed inter alia that the NCCE minimum standard is overloaded with many courses. Consequently, it was recommended among other things that the move towards the revision of the current edition of the minimum standards should be intensified with a view to reducing the number of courses offered by student.

The public administration of the administrative-territorial units has as its foundation / theme the decentralization of public services - the functional form of decentralization which, together with the territorial form, represents the essential particularity of the local public administration within the framework provided by the provisions of the Romanian Constitution in force. In this context, decentralization it is perceived, considered or understood as a transfer of administrative and financial competence from the level of central public administration to the level of local public administration or to the private sector. The decentralization of public services is usually approached in its interconnection and interdependence with their deconcentration / devolution and with the principle of local autonomy that I will approach.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between person-organisation (PO) fit, person-job (PJ) fit, employee engagement, organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and employee performance. PO fit refers to opinions among employees abouthow well their unique traits are blended into the organizational culture, while PJ fit relates to the alignment between the employees interests and expertise and their job requirements.In different studies, the results of PO fit and PJ fit have a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and OCB. In addition, the role of employee engagement is also important to these the relationships. Employees involved in the organisation will have a special desire to lead to organizational progress, expressing high energy, motivation, intensity and anticipation in line with organizational objectives. Despite being an interesting topic in the science of management, there are still a few who examine these relationships. In-depth, the results of this study can provide the meaningful inputs to the work environment.
