This study aims identify andanalyze the job satisfation cofemployees at PT. Maruwa Indonesia Batam.The sample used in this study to recover 114 employees. The question is given by using a questionnaire distributed through simple random sampling techniques and analytical method used is a validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption, and multiple regression.The result of research indicate that the value of t _hitungfor the variable of work stress equal to 5,376 and signification level 0,000, value of t _hitungfor the communication equal to 2,935 and signification level 0,004 whereas t _hitungfor the variable of the Organizational Commitmentequal to 3,381 with the signification level 0,001< 0,05. This matter look the result which are positive and signification to job satisfaction at the PT. Maruwa Indonesia  Batam. Others, biggest variable of its Employee job Satisfactionis Work Stress variable.

Different attempts have been made to minimize the search region if large-scale optimization problems. Reducing the search region size would deffintely improve the performance of optimization algorithms, specially ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm. In this short survey paper, we list the most important attempts to reduce the search region.

In this study, the authors intend to answer a few basic ideas, so research to be answered through this research are : Are Wages influence on employee performance, Is Work Environment influence on employee performance, Is Work Stress influence on employee performance, and Do Wages, Work Environment and Job stress jointly influence on employee performance in RSUD Embung Fatimah Batam City. The results of this study indicated with tcount, that wages have a significant and positive effect on employee performance amounted to 3,133 > 1,294. The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 2,736 > 1,294. And job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee performance amounted to 3,399 > 1,294. Like wise with Wages, Work Environment and Stress work together-together have an influence on employee performance in Batam City Hospital Fatimah Embung indicated by the value of R ² (R Square) of 0.841 or 84.1 %. This means the ability to variables Wages, Working Environment and Work Stress in explaining variable employee performance is 84.1 %, which means quite closely. The remaining 15.9% is explained by other variables not in this study.

The current study identified the perceptions of teachers of learning disabilities in English language on their level of psychological burnout in Bani Obeid District. The study also determined the level of psychological burnout according to gender and years of experience of the teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlative survey method was used, and the study sample consisted of (115) male and female teachers. The researcher applied the translated version of the Maslach Burnout Scale. The findings revealed that teachers of LDs in English language in Bani Obeid District have an (average) level of psychological burnout, and the mean scores were 48.76. The study recommended providing teachers with training on psychological burnout, its nature, and methods to avoid it.
