The research paper addresses the problem of identifying how types of stress impact the critical thinking skills of law enforcement officers while identifying through a literature review and empirical data the use of resilience promotion training, and relaxation techniques to overcome sleep issues to improve the overall health of the law enforcement officer. The problem is researched through the use of scholarly and empirical sources. The solution to the problem will help law enforcement officers manage the job-related crimes, demanding work conditions, and unfavorable consequences the different areas of law enforcement could experience during day-to-day encounters with the citizenry. Areas of interest include the types of stress, why law enforcement loses sleep, and how stress impacts police officers. To include resilience promotion training and how to overcome sleep issues and employ relaxation approaches to enhance the overall physiological health of law enforcement officers. Additionally, identifying empirical study examples of best practices while identifying positive steps to reduce negative intense job-related stress into improved health and overall performance results. The literature review illustrates the prevalence of anxiety analytically as it relates to law enforcement and identifies unique challenges officers face and therapeutic techniques proven to improve job-related performance and health. 

In the current field of AI, we use neural network and classification and clustering of data mining that those sciences train data for building model.  However, those training data method still need domain knowledge of humans to sort relative data.  So, we provide a construction to similar creature learning method. In physical space and in the dynamic environment the data seem chaos, but they do have regulars that we can find. Furthermore, our intelligence is dependent on our abilities of identifying the relation between outside environment and us, and we need to recognize the environmental data that this recognizing behavior or process is like learning system via  logic and sorting functions.  When each event  is happened that we need to identify what data is affected by them.  If we want to directly distinguish those relative data that we use entropy to analyse the dynamic data of environment with social function of particle swarm optimization(PSO) for achieving the learning method of creature.

The objective of the research was to describe the degree of progress in social responsibility in each rural community. The research is of the basic type, non-experimental design, ex post facto level. The population was 1575 community members and sample 120. The results indicate that there is a high degree of social responsibility for environmental care, for preserving the territory and resources, through the implementation of good practices and annual programming of tasks and intervention actions. Regarding the legal, the consensus and legitimization of the deals, agreements, has a greater acceptance and commitment, because the degree of conflict that exists is minimal. In the economic aspect, it is subject to respond to the conditions of negotiation, without violating resources for future generations, here we find that there is a high responsibility, but with restrictions to maintain it, for the existence of the market and the preference to accumulate wealth by the and his family outside the peasant community. Regarding the values, respect and attitudes that do not violate the rights of others, there is; but with a slight tendency to disappear, because the customs and uses of the land have become commercialized, especially in those rural communities where a weak communal organization is located. With regard to helping others, "today for you, tomorrow for me"; it is disappearing, this practice is only maintained in a direct family bond of the first degree, it is reversed in groups of family and blood ties of third to more degree; The daily wage collection predominates. In conclusion, there is a considerable social responsibility, not strong, destined to weaken over time in the three peasant communities studied.

Unlike hard, basic skills that are already learned, soft skills are similar to emotions or represent an insight that allows people to "read" others. These skills are harder to learn, at least in a traditional classroom and are much more difficult to measure and rate. Soft socializing skills include adaptability, attitude, communication, creative thinking, work ethic, teamwork, networking, decision making, positivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution. Healthcare workers that are in constant contact with people - patientsshould possess a variety of the aforementioned soft socialization skills as most of the patients are in poor health condition and often frightened, stressed and confused, so healthcare worker needs to know to respond appropriately to the patient's needs, which is a key part of maintaining health. Healthcare workers are also in constant contact with other healthcare workers so they need to behave with them appropriately in order to have more successful work and better medical care. This scientific paper includes research for the importance of soft skills in the improvement of the work of healthcare workers. Thanks to survey responses, it can be concluded that the majority of healthcare workers believe that soft socializing skills are just as important as firm basic skills for delivering good health care.

The objective was to identify and interpret the factors that weakened the association of potato producers in the communities of Ancatira, Cupisa, Choccecancha, Kishuará, Tintay, Andahuaylas province, Peru. The design is a case study, at ex post facto level, delimited and induced to obtain information from the opinions, positions of members of an association of potato producers. The conditions of the training and / or advisory services, on many occasions, were short, isolated, preventing them from further strengthening them, because they sought to congregate greater participation and funding was limited, preventing the theory from being tested in the field. The results of the previous efforts were insufficient, lasting considerable periods. The permanence in the association focused on the form of the only path, with no option or other alternative and one becomes a member with ease; it is difficult to immediately withdraw from the association. The partners are aware that the product levels obtained were insufficient, there were problems in the product marketing process. The managers were accommodating, seeking to provide a solution to the various problems, achieving acceptable results, but limiting the benefits of the other partners. There was always a climate towards the moderate, diminished by the behaviors of disinterest, aversion to risk, permissibility of managers. There is a regulation of sanctions; which stipulate the procedures to be followed, but in practice, flexibility, horizontal treatment, what is permissible from the authorities, has made the management instrument expository and to a certain degree applicable according to the type of offense or violation.
