Tensile strength analysis of polymer composite materials (PCMs) fiberglass-reinforced is important for fiber boat manufacturing. It is one of mechanical properties can be determined by carrying out tensile testing. Tensile testing is very important for fiber boat. In this research each test was carried out on variations in the amount of fiberglass lamination CSM 300, CSM 450 and WR 600 and the variation in weight percentages of 99.5% -0.5%, 99% -1%, 98.5% -1 , 5%, 98% -2% and 97.5% -2.5% have been used. The results show that the more laminates, the tensile strength increases, and the more the weight of the hardener, the tensile strength decrease obtained.

The objective of the investigation was: to identify the primary circumstance for the community member to decide to temporarily migrate to the cities of the Andahuaylas valley, Apurímac region, Peru. The theoretical elements of analysis were the economic, educational, social and cultural fields. The methodology is qualitative, descriptive type, micro-ethnographic design and ex post facto level. The population was qualified community members, selected under requirements. The intentional sample made up of 60 qualified community members (male or female) from communities, under selection requirements. It was obtained as a result: the temporary migration of the commoners was developed by two circumstances that go hand in hand; educational and economic; the first to improve the educational conditions for their offspring, which falls on: better teaching of classes, conditions and adequate settings, due to teacher absenteeism. The second that is frequent, solidly practiced, for the reason that the income per harvest and daily wage in the community is not enough for the household expenses, they are low compared to those obtained in the city. The rest, the cultural aspect, do not present incidental considerations to migrate. The social aspect presents weak incident consideration. Both aspects are not decisive, if they contribute to making the decision to migrate.

Customers of multinational enterprises (MNE’s) exist almost everywhere. Cross border B2C e-commerce is expected to double by 2022 according to Forrester Research. How do MNE’s efficiently leverage their product portfolios across geographic markets? How can these portfolios exploit both relatedness and diversification to exploit synergies?Synergies exist in terms of resources needed in these products due to relatedness between them. Economies of scale can be exploited to reduce costs of needed resources. In this case study an MNE utilized a multidimensional organization design to reach customers in many parts of the world. The author presents findings from this case and ultimately extracts twenty-six propositions to guide portfolio theory. Absent these measures, risk of revenue loss is enhanced significantly.
