The purpose of the research was framed in describing the relevant characteristics of the association in the guinea pig breeders and marketers located in the rural communities of Andarapa, Cupisa, Chichucancha, province of Andahuaylas, Apurímac region. The research is located in the mixed approach, basic research type, case study design, at ex post facto level (Non-Experimental). The population included three breeder and marketer associations located in each rural community, the sample was 45 members, equitably drawn, 15 members from each association, chosen at random, with a non-probabilistic treatment.

       The evaluation applied, on a scale of 1 to 72 points, representing the qualitative attributes of the variables and indicators measured, the highest value recorded was an average of 45 points, by the Chuchicancha association. The results show that: theAndarapa association is dominated by the qualification of “low incidence”, because it does not reach the 43 point range. The Cupisa association has a scattered label, but the label “low incidence” predominates, as does the Andarapa association. The Chuchicancha association is the one that shows the best results, the qualifier “moderate incidence” predominates because it exceeds the range of 43 points, without this meaning that it can be classified as an ideal association.

The application of SNI is indeed to accelerate and facilitate the managing agency in assessing market performance, but in actual conditions in the SNI field, it still needs to be detailed because each criterion still has standards that must be met in more detail. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance value of the Tempuran Public Market, Magelang Regency based on SNI and the detailed status for sustainability with Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). MDS analysis is used to assess the status of successful implementation and market sustainability. The result of the current combat market value status based on SNI was 56.32 while based on MDS detailing, it was 46.32 and after weighting, it became 45.17. Status improvement was carried out with various scenarios for a detailed MDS assessment. Optimal scenarios in the short term could be increased to 54.76, so that this increased the status from less sustainable (unfavorable) to sustainable (good), whereas if the overall important factor policy was applied it could be increased to 72.17. The policy scenario of the Tempuran Market management was to prioritize economic aspects, technical aspects and other aspects followed. Leverage factors from each of these aspects included increasing revenue from market management and digitization, technical management specifically for meat storage, security and community management, parking management and market cleanliness management.

In this research, Covid-19 is analyzed as a disruptive element of the globalization process, which as a result of this pandemic has been demanding profound changes in the structures of global society. For the purposes of this purpose, the present investigation uses a mixed, descriptive type approach, with emphasis on a narrative design, taking into account that the events reported are living history, seen from the perspective of experts and specialists, in the scientific and economic areas. and historical, immersed in the full development of the events related to the pandemic, either as witnesses of exception or as analytical observers. Among the main conclusions of the research, the need to implement structural changes in the neoliberal economic development model is highlighted, to convert it or be replaced by another more integrative model with the environment, responding with greater solidarity among members in global society. The practical conception, under the new paradigm in the globalization process, is that they aim at the design of more inclusive, ethical and respectful, ecologically responsible global public policies, prioritizing the sectors: health, education, economic and financial, that seek to reinforce the systems of man-nature ecosystem, man-nature health, man-nature agriculture, man-nature education, man-nature trade, man-nature infrastructure and continuing investment in man-nature scientific research.
