The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in literature review.This study uses an analysis of the literature to interpret and explain the findings. The results of this study show that, based on the principle of reciprocity, transformational leaders, through motivation,high expectations and inspiration for employees of their dream for the institution and the guidance they creating social assistance, self-realization, collaboration and objective accomplishment, they have improved employee commitment rates.In turn, transformational leaders through enthusiasm, inspiring encouragement, individualized attention and intellectual stimulation develop an environment in which employees establish a sense of institutional identity and have more of a constructive working partnership between leader and employees.

The modern working conditions imply the need for "strong" organizational climate that is characterized by motivated employees that consider their jobs as a challenge rather than as a process which is experienced as an obligation. Treating the employees as intellectual capital, which is the organizational wealth by which the organization develops its competitiveness in the business market, is the dominant factor based on which is built the sense of total commitment and belonging of the individual in the organization, which is becoming recognizable in the environment by the attitude of the individual towards its work experience as pleasure and not as an imposed obligation that must be realized. This condition can be achieved if the managers in business organizationsactually have and use themanagerial and leadership skills that are essential for building a working climate in which the employee will be treated as the main resource in the business.

The study was designed to determine the influence of school location on the level of Science-Technology-Society (STS) literacy of secondary school science students. The study was carried out in Ogoja Education Zone of Cross River State, Nigeria. The study employed a descriptive survey design. A total of 1,200 senior secondary school science students drawn by stratified random sampling technique were used as sample. Two research questions and one null hypothesis guided the study. The instrument for data collection was a 40-item Science-Technology-Society Literacy Scale (STSLS) developed by the researcher. this was validated by experts and reliability co-efficient using Cronbach Alpha was found to be 0.79. Data collected were analysed using mean and t-test statistics at 0.05 level of significance. The results showed that urban secondary school science students indicated significantly higher level of STS literacy than their rural counterparts in the identified STS literacy clusters. The study therefore recommended amongst others that teachers should always strive to adopt the STS literacy approach in the teaching of science and technology. Also, conscious efforts should be made to ensure that equal opportunities are given to all students irrespective of their school locations, in terms of encouragement and provision of teaching and learning resources for the realization of enhanced performance.

No-Shave November is a social movement used to support cancer patients through financial, emotional and visual support. A Fantasy-theme criticism and the Symbolic Convergence Theory was applied to this popular fellowship. A historical research was conducted through websites, newspaper articles, and scholarly peer reviews for factual results. However, No-Shave November is an American community exhibiting companionship similar to Austria's Movember and may be responsible for the emergence of the Big Beard Movement. For one month out of a year, participants shave their hair follicles and donate grooming funds to men’s health research projects to illustrate their support for cancer patients undergoing treatment, as the hair follicles grow wild and free.
